Average daily output of crude steel 2.55.7 million tons in April
National Bureau of Statistics data show that: In April 2018, the average daily output of crude steel was 2.557 million tons. In April, the average daily output of pig iron was 2.104 million tons. In April, the average daily output of steel was 3.076 million tons.
In April 2018, China produced 63.11 million tons of pig iron, a year-on-year decrease of 0.4%. In April-February, it produced 238.87 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 1.2%.
In April 2018, China's crude steel output was 76.7 million tons, an increase of 4.8% year-on-year; from January to April, crude steel production was 288.97 million tons, an increase of 5% year-on-year.
In April 2018, China's steel output was 92.27 million tons, an increase of 8.5% year-on-year; January-April steel output was 337.34 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 5%.
