1: Q: How to selec the different steel pipe ?

A: Selection of steel pipe

⑤ spiral geometry accuracy is poor, to the site construction, such as counterparts, welding to bring some difficulties;

⑥ the same diameter, spiral welded pipe may reach the thickness of the pipe is much smaller than the straight pipe, such as straight seam pipe thickness is generally 6 ~ 25mm, the maximum thickness of up to 45mm, while the spiral pipe wall thickness can only reach 18mm;

⑦ straight seam pipe weld shorter than the spiral 60%, weld defects appear low probability;

⑧ straight seam tube base material for the single control rolling plate, can be 100% non-destructive testing, and the spiral tube base material for the hot-rolled steel coil, can not do 100% nondestructive testing;

⑨ straight pipe with the first shape after the welding process, in the welding before the conditions of forming the quality of the seam, weld gap, groove, wrong side can be detected processing, and the use of edge forming edge of the spiral welding process, even if In the welding process found that the wrong side, slit and other defects are difficult to stop at any time, we can see the quality of straight seam pipe welding is better than the spiral
